Ally's Collection Box

Ally's Collection Box is our next rotating staff picks box, with $3 from the sale of each box going to an organization of the staff member's choosing!

Ally created this box, and she chose The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp as her foundation to support, "The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp is dedicated to providing “a different kind of healing” to seriously ill children and their families, free of charge. We are a community that celebrates the spirit of childhood, the sound of laughter and the feeling of endless possibility."

Ally's collection features the following:

Pistachio Mousse Cup - Exclusive to this box! This piece is filled with a pistachio white chocolate center and garnished with pistachio pieces. 

Pb Toffee Coffee Bonbon - Also exclusive to this box! You may remember this as Holler Mountain Bark, but now made into a bonbon. 65% dark chocolate bonbon with pieces of coffee beans and our house-made peanut butter toffee.

Strawberry Balsamic Caramel - These caramels pack a tart and jammy punch, with a pinch of black pepper in the mix to round it all out and blow your mind. 

Peppermint Patty - A simple classic: homemade fondant candy infused with mint, drenched in a thin layer of dark chocolate.

Tahini Meltaway - One layer of house-made white chocolate tahini meltaway and one layer of milk chocolate tahini meltaway, enrobed in dark chocolate and garnished with gomasio (toasted sesame seeds and sea salt)

Coconut Chew - Dark chocolate, sweet coconut, a dash of salt.

Rosemary Sea Salt Caramel - Our classic golden caramel recipe infused with ground rosemary, enrobed in dark chocolate and garnished with flakes of rosemary-infused sea salt.

Peanut Butter Caramel Bar Bite - Our peanut butter caramel bar in bite form! Peanut buttery caramel + peanut buttery nougat, with a truly huge amount of peanuts pressed into the nougat, all of it enrobed in a thin coat of semisweet dark chocolate.
