Hazelnut Spread! 

We love making this one: it's 12 hours of grinding organic fresh toasty Oregon hazelnuts with chocolate and sugar in our giant stone grinder. 

This is really thick and rich, not sugary, much more hazelnutty. I use it like a concentrate, thinning it out with water or almond milk for a dip or to add to coffee drinks. You can scoop out balls of it to make into truffles (just roll them in cocoa powder), or just spoon it up solo.

Important! Because we don't use processed emulsifiers, sometimes this spread gets a little separated with the oil floating up to the top. Just stir it back in—it's perfectly fine.

Hazelnut Spread keeps for two months in the fridge. It can also be left at room temperature for several weeks, but for longer-term storage just put it in the refrigerator.
This item cannot be gift wrapped.

Freshness Guide

Chocolates are best kept at cool room temperature away from heat and humidity. Under ideal storage conditions, solid chocolates, bars, and barks will last six months. Caramel and bars with a caramel layer can keep up to three months. Filled non-caramel bonbons should be eaten within one month.
