The Rock Scramble is something to nibble on casually, maybe without the reverence of our other, more precious treats. Dark chocolate softly envelops a tumble of vegan marshmallows, organic cornflakes, organic California pistachios, and a liberal sprinkle of fancy sea salt. Open it up and share it with your family, give it as a gift to the neighbors who get your mail while you're outta town, or keep it next to your bed for a nighttime nibble. The possibilities are excitingly endless.

Named after a beloved (though, admittedly, rather treacherous) hike in our local mountain chain, the Shawangunks, we call it that because we think it's great on a hike, but also because it sorta looks like little muddy pebbles you'd encounter on your way. 

To keep it from getting stale, just make sure you close it tight between snackings. (I'm not sure it will last that long.) Tin is a half gallon volume, and measures 6-11/16 inches in diameter and 5-1/4 inches tall.
