Tahini Meltaways! We've been making these since 2017 & everyone is bonkers-level obsessed with them. I am, too. I snatch one at night before heading home, they're the piece everyone's fingers gravitate to when we want a sweet for fun, not quality control testing. One of our long-time chocolatiers, Alexis (these days a powerhouse potter!), pulled this one together.
It's a layer of white chocolate tahini meltaway and a layer of milk chocolate tahini meltaway, two subtly different tastes in one. We use single-origin artisanal Soom tahini that tastes like the most tahini tahini you've ever had. These are deeply salty, subtly sweet which makes you feel like you can eat them forever. Literally everyone who's ever had one of these freaks a little. They're less sweet than most of our stuff, and people like stuff that's less sweet. PEOPLE REALLY LIKE THESE, CAN YOU TELL?

Chocolates are best kept at cool room temperature away from heat and humidity. Under ideal storage conditions, solid chocolates, bars, and barks will last six months. Caramel and bars with a caramel layer can keep up to three months. Filled non-caramel bonbons should be eaten within one month.
