A few years ago, as we were expanding our chocolate horizons, we were on the look out for a vegan white chocolate that met our standards. We tried A LOT of vegan white chocolates. A lot. We weren't satisfied, so we figured we should try to do it ourselves. I'm happy to report, it really worked out. We think we're giving you the best of the best. A creamy sweet white chocolate with a beautiful snap and mouthfeel. And, of course, it's vegan.

We use the white chocolate in so many recipes, and it's also just so great as is. It's amazing to bake into cookies or just snack on, or put into recipes from our cookbook. The tahini meltaways, the strawberries and cream bark, the yuzu cashew cream bonbons, the heart quartet, and so many others! They all rely on this ingredient to be what they are. It comes in a 5 oz bag of tempered pieces to enjoy as you wish.

Freshness Guide

Chocolates are best kept at cool room temperature away from heat and humidity. Under ideal storage conditions, solid chocolates, bars, and barks will last six months. Caramel and bars with a caramel layer can keep up to three months. Filled non-caramel bonbons should be eaten within one month.

Shipping Info

We ship Monday-Wednesday with the exception of bank holidays. We automatically add an ice pack to your order at no extra charge May-October or when shipping to or from warmer climates.
