Because it was embarrassing to only have ONE corn-focused candy bar in our line of chocolates (all hail the Smoky Corn on the Cob bar), we concocted another! (Well, mostly we did it because we all love corn, but hey.)
This bar is a masterpiece of texture and sweetness. One layer of corn caramel infused with dried corn pieces + one layer of white chocolate cashew gianduja sprinkled with maple honeycomb pieces. You read that right! All of it enrobed in dark chocolate with a white chocolate cornsilk-inspired garnish. It’s smooth and sweet, crunchy and crispy. Balanced perfectly by its chocolate outer shell, oh wow.
We made this one for the first time a good 5 years back, and were so excited to put it back onto our roster for a limited time this early summer. Get it while you can!
