The White Chocolate Lover’s Box. Finally, a selection to really *show off* our house-made white chocolate!

Our white chocolate has RANGE, for real. We make it from just a few fair-trade and organic ingredients, and it’s perfectly smooth and sweet, not settling for anything chalky or less than perfect. We make it in batches in our huge stone mélanger, and after we got the base recipe right, we couldn’t help but continue to modify it over the years to make some really cool new chocos! (Strawberry bunny, anyone?)

The White Chocolate Lover’s Box contains:

2 maple white chocolate solid hearts. Made in-house from local maple sugar. Perfectly maple and sweet.
2 white chocolate solid hearts. Our pure white chocolate, no fuss, nothing else needed, and in the shape of a heart!
2 strawberry white chocolate bonbons. Our special tart and fruity recipe, in the shape of a strawberry. Come on.
3 white chocolate almond butter cups. Super special, never before seen! A white chocolate shell, with a maple almond butter filling. Nutty, salty, sweet, and decadent.
2 marble bonbons. A beautiful white chocolate / dark chocolate swirled solid bonbon. The smoothest mouthfeel.
2 corn white chocolate bonbons. White chocolate made with sweet corn, in the shape of a corn husk. Tastes like a beautiful summer barbecue.
2 hibiscus white chocolate bonbons. Solid white chocolate pieces sprinkled with hibiscus sugar for sweetness and crunch.

Many of these have never been available for shipping before now! I’m pretty happy to see them all hanging out together in this box. 🙂
