It’s happening! About a month ago we sent out a poll in our newsletter asking you all to vote on what three pieces we should bring back in our ‘Back from the Past’ collection. The winners were….. *drum roll*
Peanut Butter & Fluff Cup – This piece is as nostalgic as it sounds, a layer of our pb cup filling plus a layer of marshmallow. This piece was originally thought up by our marketing manager Ericka, and it was featured in her staff collection in 2021.
Horchata Almond Bonbon – A solid gem-shaped white chocolate piece with toasted almonds, cinnamon, and vanilla sea salt. A perfect balance of flavors that melts in your mouth, created by Sama, one of our most senior chocolatiers, for their collection box last year.
The Hot Cocoa Caramel – A creamy take on our chocolate caramel, with added cinnamon and a marshmallow on top. This piece was dreamed up during the winter holidays of 2020 by our General Manager Kate and our Production manager Shelly.
This collection is honestly…gorgeous? Sophisticated but sweetly delicious? It’s only back from the past for a little while, so grab a box and let us know what pieces you’re still missing. The chipotle onion caramel came in last, but it’s first in our hearts over here. ♡
