We've been making our flower tablet pals for years but never put them online because we never had enough flowers to really make them in bulk.
Then a few years ago I hunkered down and learned about things like "succession planting" and "deadheading" — concepts never before known to me. I'm an enthusiastic buyer of produce from local farms, not such an enthusiastic weeder. But gardening—particularly the at-work variety, which involves escaping the oppressive perennially freezing 65-degree chocolate shop to be outside under summer sunny skies—makes me deeply happy. So I'm learning little by little.
And so we have the flower tablets. The flowers are grown at the shop then decoratively arranged on 65% dark chocolate squares. We package them in our compostable plastic bags and there you are—a little taste of New Paltz, literally.

Chocolates are best kept at cool room temperature away from heat and humidity. Under ideal storage conditions, solid chocolates, bars, and barks will last six months. Caramel and bars with a caramel layer can keep up to three months. Filled non-caramel bonbons should be eaten within one month.

We ship Monday-Thursday with the exception of bank holidays. We automatically add an ice pack to your order at no extra charge May-October or when shipping to or from warmer climates.
