I'm not sure there is anything better than autumn in upstate New York. (If winter didn't come next, I'd be positive nothing is better than autumn.) This special Caramels and Autumn Leaves box is a love letter to this vibrant and riotously colorful season.

Caramels and Autumn Leaves:

  • Two Apple Caramels infused with fresh local Hudson Valley apples grown just a few miles from the shop, garnished with a house-made candied pecan flavored with cozy fall spices
  • One Spicy Apple Caramel, with warming ancho and chipotle chilies garnished with Hawaiian pink sea salt and chipotle powder. 
  • Three Maple Pecan Caramels: made with fresh local maple syrup and house-made organic pecan butter.
  • Three beautiful Maple Cream Leaves: painted leaf chocolates filled with pure local maple cream.

Freshness Guide

Chocolates are best kept at cool room temperature away from heat and humidity. Under ideal storage conditions, solid chocolates, bars, and barks will last six months. Caramel and bars with a caramel layer can keep up to three months. Filled non-caramel bonbons should be eaten within one month.
