We recommend adding an ice pack to your order if it is going to a destination over 65°F, or if you're anticipating a few days worth of transit on your chocolate order. It could cool your nerves, so to say, to include one.
During the summer months your order is charged automatically for an ice pack to help keep it safe until it reaches you. If you want to add any more to your box, you can do that right here.
Note: Each pack weighs 1 pound, so it will increase your shipping cost a bit.

Freshness Guide
Chocolates are best kept at cool room temperature away from heat and humidity. Under ideal storage conditions, solid chocolates, bars, and barks will last six months. Caramel and bars with a caramel layer can keep up to three months. Filled non-caramel bonbons should be eaten within one month.

We ship Monday-Thursday with the exception of bank holidays. We automatically add an ice pack to your order at no extra charge May-October or when shipping to or from warmer climates.
