Nothing cloying or treacly about this one. These intense anatomical hearts represent the wild side of love: the kind that leaves your heart pounding, your pulse racing, an almost out-of-control intensity that can be a little terrifying. The kind of love that reminds you you're alive, when your heart is raw, like it's beating on the outside of your body.
Intense Anatomical Hearts are a solid chocolate made with a mix of our 65% dark chocolate and a bit of 100% dark chocolate (!!), packed with lightly crushed cacao nibs, Maquina coffee beans, black salt enriched with volcanic minerals, and crunchy bits of bright dried cherries. It's painted with red-tinted cocoa butter that's colored with an all-natural food coloring, because while love does sometimes hurt, it shouldn't be fake.

Freshness Guide
Chocolates are best kept at cool room temperature away from heat and humidity. Under ideal storage conditions, solid chocolates, bars, and barks will last six months. Caramel and bars with a caramel layer can keep up to three months. Filled non-caramel bonbons should be eaten within one month.

☆Beginning in October 2024 we ship exclusively in the second week of every month.☆
Your order will be held until our shipping week, when it will go out in the order of being received.
Shipping weeks for 2024 are as follows:
If your order is placed October 1-13, it will go out the week of October 14.
If your order is placed October 14-November 17 it will go out the week of November 18.
If your order is placed November 18-December 8 it will go out between December 9-19.
We do not ship in January and will note Valentine's dates in early 2025.
