We've been making this, our first caramel, since 2009. Rosemary Sea Salt Caramels are a luxurious vanilla caramel with masses of beautiful rosemary stirred in at the end. It's then enrobed in dark chocolate, garnished with rosemary-infused sea salt, and carefully packaged to make its journey to you. Freshness Guide
Chocolates are best kept at cool room temperature away from heat and humidity. Under ideal storage conditions, solid chocolates, bars, and barks will last six months. Caramel and bars with a caramel layer can keep up to three months. Filled non-caramel bonbons should be eaten within one month.

☆Beginning in October 2024 we ship exclusively in the second week of every month.☆
Your order will be held until our shipping week, when it will go out in the order of being received.
Shipping weeks for 2024 are as follows:
If your order is placed October 1-13, it will go out the week of October 14.
If your order is placed October 14-November 17 it will go out the week of November 18.
If your order is placed November 18-December 8 it will go out between December 9-19.
We do not ship in January and will note Valentine's dates in early 2025.
