The jewel of our February lineup, our absolute favorites from 20 years of making Valentine's treats for you plus some new flavors we're in love (ahem) with.
An 18 piece variety pack of seasonal chocolates, all in a perfect heart shaped box tied with a beautiful grosgrain ribbon.
Inside the box you'll find:
- 2 Cherry Black Pepper Hearts - Organic almonds are ground until perfectly smooth, then combined with cherry liqueur, tangy dried cherries, and a tiny hint of black pepper for a delicate, old-fashioned Valentine's cream. Tart with a little bite. What marzipan wants to be when it grows up.
- 2 Passionfruit Riesling Hearts - Beautiful passionfruit and locally-made Whitecliff Vineyards white wine infuse a white chocolate cream filling, encased in a thin bittersweet chocolate shell.
- 2 Cinnamon Caramels - Lightly spicy cinnamon caramels made with ceylon and cassia cinnamons for a nice deep flavor, plus a little bit of mildly spicy ancho chilies. Not a fireball, just warming and perfect.
- 2 Thyme Preserved Lemon Sea Salt Caramels - One of the original LL caramels, our house-preserved lemons and organic thyme, fused together in beautiful harmony.
- 2 Grapefruit Patties - Like a sugared grapefruit wedge with a twist of lime. Wow. Speckled with precious pink white chocolate.

2 Preserved Orange Caramels - A bright, slightly salty gem of a caramel, made from our house-preserved blood oranges. This is the bottom layer of our beloved seasonal Earl Grey Preserved Orange Bar, finally getting the attention it deserves on its own.
- 2 Yuzu Cashew Creams - a lemony yuzu-infused white chocolate cashew meltaway interior and thin dark chocolate shell.
- 2 Intense Anatomical Hearts - Intense Anatomical Hearts are a solid chocolate made with a mix of our 65% dark chocolate and a bit of 100% dark chocolate (!!), packed with lightly crushed cacao nibs, coffee beans, black salt enriched with volcanic minerals, and crunchy bits of bright freeze dried cherries. It's painted with red-tinted cocoa butter that's colored with an all-natural food coloring, because while love does sometimes hurt, it shouldn't be fake.
- 2 Ancho Cinnamon Bonbons - A complex firecracker of a candy: bittersweet stone ground solid chocolate with textured bits of ground vanilla beans, mild Mexican cinnamon, and freshly ground ancho chilies. It's very warmly and cozily spicy, not at all overwhelming, with flowery and sweet notes.
Boxes are red, pink or gold tied with a variety of ribbon colors. Feel free to request a box color but we can't promise we'll be able to accommodate. We can't gift wrap these boxes!

Filled chocolates should be eaten within two months, caramels and solid chocolates will last six months at cool room temperature.

Chocolates are best kept at cool room temperature away from heat and humidity. Under ideal storage conditions, solid chocolates, bars, and barks will last six months. Caramel and bars with a caramel layer can keep up to three months. Filled non-caramel bonbons should be eaten within one month.
